I spent a long weekend with my family in this bed and breakfast and I would go there again a million of times. First of all, Paolo and Giuseppina are amazing hosts. They helped me to get the best solution for me and my family: a room to share but with the adequate level of privacy (Suite Margherita). The rooms are extremely clean and so are the bed sheets and towels. The breakfast is amazing: Giuseppina spends her nights making hand made food (cakes, muffins an so on) and anything you need, they will do their best to get it. Also, they helped us to find the best place to go for dinner. Last but not least, free wi-fi in the rooms and a shared living room to spend your time working without bothering your room mates.
The most fascinating aspect of this our little oasis communicative, so hard to find, is, for us, not to have a clear idea of who, relying on exploration on the internet, will decide to stop for refreshment in this place of culture.
And 'the search for the "relationship" in the communication that leads the traveler in search of answers, in an exploratory journey, questions of identity that still did not know or could arise.
Are the testimonies that count and that, therefore, inevitably, attract and allow the imagination of answers that push us in evolution.
That's why Italy is the place "chosen" where to draw history and, therefore, identity.
They are, above all, foreigners who experience this feeling and now that people around the world, with the synergistic evolution of virtual communication and physical, are passed from the design phase to the operational phase to know us, ask us simple gestures of hospitality and welcome .

We wanted a central place in Tuscany from which we could explore the area. This home was what we wanted. Paolo and Josephine were the perfect hosts, friendly and hospitable. You felt at home as soon as you arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Paolo went out of his way to try and give you local information. Very good value for money. Would be happy to go back there again. Thank you Paolo and Josephine.

We stayed 4 nights at Casale Il Colombaio because we wanted to experience rural Tuscany. Not only was it ideal for our purposes, our stay was simply a delight. The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations, and a good breakfast was provided. But it was the warm hospitality and kindness of hosts Paolo and Giuseppina that made our stay especially memorable. We thoroughly recommend Casale Il Colombaio as a base for exploring the vicinity (naturally you'll need a car), and we will certainly stay again if we revisit the area.

"Très joli cadre. Au calme, sauf si chambre sur la route (un peu de bruit). Les propriétaires très accueillants, au petit soin pour les clients (conseil visite apprécié). Claudio propose la cuisine typique de Sienne. A ne pas râter un diner chez la famille LOSAVIO. Gargantuesque ! Les chambres mignonnes et décoration recherchée. A 6 KM de Sienne seulement, pratique pour les sorties le soir. Un endroit que nous conseillons fortement."

"Que dire si ce n'est que notre séjour fut divin. Claudio et son épouse ont sû nous recevoir à bras ouverts. La propriété est très accueillante, très bien située. Les logements agréables, bien meublés. Le service impécable. Quant à la cuisine un grand bravo à Claudio qui a sû nous enchanter à chaque repas. L'accueil n'a pas d'égal aussi on ne peut rêver que d'une chose : de vite y retourner. De plus si vous ne connaissez pas la région et voulez faire de belles promenades Claudio saura vous donner de très beaux itinéraires. Sienne juste à 7km, Firenze à 3/4 d'heure de voiture sans oublier Pise et bien d'autres. Un grand merci à cette belle famille (Claudio, et trois beaux enfants) qui met tout son coeur au service de "ses invités". A très bientôt de vous revoir"

"Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans une maison typique et très bien restaurée, dans un cadre agréable et calme, accueillis chaleureusement par Arianna et Claudio. Une cuisine typique qui enchante, des petits-dejeuners très copieux, les conseils de Claudio pour visiter la région n''ont pas leur pareil... Que demander de plus ? “Excellent place”
We stayed four nights in Casale il Colombaio di Toiano at end of March and we enjoyed a lot. Rooms are large and clean and there is also a WiFi connection. Breakfast is also good. Quiet and peaceful location, only 15km to Siena. Grazie Giuseppina and Paolo!
“Excelent stay in Tuscany”
This is a family-farm whose owners are extremely friendly, helpful and sociable. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, arranged in typical Tuscan style. The bathroom is bright and well maintained. Breakfast is good, sold homemade bread and typical Tuscan salami. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists traveling by car. The hotel is located about 10 kilometers from Siena. The entire farm is maintained in the immediate clean look.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which is not so bad because you can sleep peacefully with the window open. No insects and noise from passing cars.

We had 5 wonderful days at Casale Il Colombaio and after weeks of travelling the warm welcome from Paolo and Giuseppina and the comfort of their B&B was just what we were looking for. We arrived tired and stressed because of a minor car accident, and not wanting to go out to eat, Paolo went out and got pizzas, complete with a bottle of red wine, for us to have in our room. This is just an example of the care and attention Paolo and Giuseppina give to their guests. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, dining table, good shower and an outdoor setting where we enjoyed the morning sunshine and use of the wifi connection which was excellent, indoors as well. Paolo gave us directions to some wonderful restaurants nearby and to sights within the area. He also took the time to give us excellent directions for returning to Siena, something we could have done with before our arrival, as if you are a traveller not familiar with Tuscany explicit directions are really helpful. If you've had enough of tourist crowds a stay at Casale Il Colombaio provides a relaxed, family atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble in making you feel welcome and valued. Thank you so much Paolo and Giuseppina for making the conclusion of our visit to Italy so wonderfully memorable.

“Beautiful Tuscan history”
This is a beautiful bed and breakfast, very professionally run. The room was spotless and well appointed. Modern, new fixtures in the bath did not detract from a completely authentic restoration. If it is hard to imagine how something built in 1300 can be both authentic and completely comfortable, you should make a reservation and stay here yourself to see how it's done. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit and high-quality baked pastries. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would recommend this to any friend, and even suggest they arrange their trip to include a visit here.
“Tuscan charm and tranquility!”
This beautiful bed and breakfast combines the best of all worlds. It is located far enough off the beaten path that it would be unlikely to ever hear a car. Yet it is only 8 miles to Siena and 50 miles to Florence. There are so many fantastic places to visit within a short drive that it's hard to choose which ones to explore.
The building itself is beautifully renovated with such attention to detail. It's hard to believe the building is hundreds of years old. Our room and bathroom had all the modern conveniences and were more than comfortable. The bed was the real gem. A sturdy iron frame and great linens.
Breakfast was great. Homemade baked goods as well as cold cuts and cheese. Giuseppina and Paolo were gracious hosts and made us feel right at home.
My only word of caution to anybody interested in this lovely location is to make sure you get whatever you need on the way to the inn. There is nowhere within walking distance to grab a soda or snack. But that's a small price to pay for such a relaxing setting.

“A wonderful finish to our time in Italy”
What a beautiful location, and what excellent hosts. After two weeks of Rome, Venice and Florence, our last four days here were an excellent way to slow down and relax. Both he and his wife served a delicious breakfast every morning, and Claudio gave us excellent advice on where to visit and where to eat in the surrounding countryside.

“Que du bonheur”
La maison est magnifique, le cadre calme et serein et le petit déjeuner parfait. Joséphine et Paulo sont des hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles. Lorsque le départ sonne nous avons envie de dire "à bientôt, nous reviendrons". Nous ne pouvons que recommandé cet hébergement particulièrement à ceux qui veulent également visiter la campagne de la Toscane.

“Zwischenstopp”
Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung und wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Da wir italiener sind, sind wir natürlich gleich mit den Gastgebern ins Gespräch gekommen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön im toskanischen Stil, das Zimmer war super sauber, was mir fast immer am wichtigsten ist. Auch das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr üppig mit viel Auswahl.
Wer zusätzlich die berühmte italienische Herzlichkeit sucht, ist bei Paolo und seiner Frau sehr gut aufgehoben.

“Lugar tranquilo y muy bien ubicado”
La ubicación es uno de los puntos más interesantes de este lugar. Está en un lugar clave de la Toscana desde el que se puede hacer excursiones de un día a los lugares más interesantes.
La casa es muy bonita y limpia. Las habitaciones tienen mucho encanto y lo mejor de todo son Paolo y Claudio, permanentemente dispuestos a ofrecer cualquier tipo de explicación e información turística o de cualquier tipo. Encantadores

“El lugar ideal para relajarte”
Mi mujer y yo nos alojamos durante dos noches en esta idílica casa de la Toscana. a pocos km de Siena es ideal para hacer rutas por la zona. Apartada de todo pero cercana a la vez. Lugar tranquilo, muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar, leer un libro, o simplemente admirar el horizonte. Los propietarios muy serviciales y atentos. Nos dieron indicaciones muy precisas de como complementar las rutas que teníamos previstas. Todo sin prisas, a ritmo de campo. La casa perfecta. Nuestra habitación espaciosa con la misma atmósfera rústica que se respira en toda la casa. El comedor muy acogedor y el desayuno tipo bufet completo y casero. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Si vas buscando el típico "agriturismi" toscano esta, es muy buena opción.

“Disfruta en la Toscana”
Ha sido un placer disfrutar de la Toscana desde esta casa rural,está situada genial para desplazarte en coche por toda la region,a 5 Km de Siena y rodeada de un paisaje precioso.Todo perfecto,habitación ,limpieza , desayuno ,tranquilidad ,y sobre todo la amabilidad de Claudio y su familia.

“Para nosotros ha sido un gran...”
Para nosotros ha sido un gran placer conocer el corazón de la Toscana en una casa donde nos hemos sentido acogidos como si fuesemos amigos de siempre tanto por Claudio como por su mujer. Nuestra más sincera enhorabuena. Repetiremos en cuanto nos sea posible. Según nuestro hijo Javier la pannacota de Claudio es la mejor del mundo. Schönes,kleines,familiäres Landhotel. Zimmer und Frühstücksraum sind malerisch.Sehr freundliches Personal. Einzig die Wegbeschreibung ist schlecht, da es nicht in Sovicille ist, sondern an der Straße nach Toiano liegt.

“B&B в Тоскане”
Отличный отель в восьми километрах от Сиены.
Представляет из себя большой дом, стоящий особняком посреди живописной тосканской местности. Внутри все очень чисто и аккуратно. Красиво оформлен интерьер в традиционном стиле, самой хозяйкой.
Приветливые и общительные хозяева. Имеется большой двор с игрушками, где наши дети с удовольствием проводили время. Нам довелось и город посмотреть (Сиену) и полюбоваться красивыми пейзажами с виноградниками за городом. До города 10 мин на автобусе. Мы даже взяли напрокат машину, чтобы поездить по местности. Если останавливаешься в городе, то никогда не увидишь таких пейзажей.

Molt bonic i net. Una acollida excel·lent. Ubicat en un poblet prop de Siena, perfecte per fer una bona visita a la Toscana. Les habitacions són molt espaioses i còmodes. Nosaltres hi hem anat en ple "ferragosto" i la veritat és que hi hem trobat a faltar l'aire acondicionat, però en qualsevol altra època segur que l'equip és perfecte. Un dia ens van fer el sopar i va ser boníssim i totalment toscà.
